What is Damselcode Subscription Box?

This is a jewellery subscription box for Indian women. You can choose the number of jewellery you would like to have. We offer three different subscription box sizes Vanity Box, Luxe Box and I want it all Box. You can also select the number of months you would like to subscribe the service for – 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.

Can I Upgrade My Box Later?

Absolutely yes. Just write to our customer service team at with details of your upgrade. You can write to us before 25th of any month to upgrade you subscription box for the next month. Your upgrade will be confirmed once you make a payment using the link that our team send across to you (Difference amount based on the upgrade you choose)

When Will I Receive My Box?

We start shipping the jewellery subscription boxes by the 10th of every month. It should take a maximum of 7 to 10 days post shipping for you to receive them.

Can I Select The Jewellery I Want?

These are surprise boxes. So we do not allow customers to choose specific jewellery for themselves. Although, we do send across an email for us to understand your taste in jewellery when you first sign up for the service. If you wish to change your selection, just write to us at

I Am Going Outstation Next Month - What happens to My Box?

I have received a damaged piece. How do I get it replaced?

We do quality checks before we send out each box. However, there are chances of the goods getting damaged in transit. If this is the case just send the details along with pictures of the damage to

We will either send you the same or a similar jewellery piece (We cannot promise we can send the same piece again – as we only stock limited items as per monthly trends)

How Do I Cancel My Subscription Box?

We are sorry to hear you need to cancel your subscription. Just drop us an email at before 25th of the month to cancel you subscription for the next month.

Refund will be processed as per the amount of months left in your selected package.

Please do note that if you cancel your service after 25th of the month. Your subscription will remain active for an additional month before getting cancelled. This is because we already have your packages ready to be shipped by that date. Thank you for your understanding.
